Discovery call
A 45-minute conversation. You tell us what problem you are trying to solve. We ask specific questions. No cost, no obligation.
Workflow review
We spend a week or two understanding how you actually work. Watching, listening, reading whatever documentation exists. Then we tell you what we would do.
Scoped proposal
You get a written proposal with scope, price, timeline and a named principal. If you say yes, that principal writes your code. If you say no, we shake hands and move on.
